You can edit an escalation policy from the ALERT ESCALATION POLICIES page.

  1. Go to Setup > Alerts > Alert Escalation.
  2. Select a client from the Select Client list.
  3. On the ALERT ESCALATION POLICIES page, click the policy name.
  4. On the ALERT ESCALATION POLICY DETAILS page, click Edit.
  5. Make changes to the policy.
  6. When you are finished making changes, click Review and click Save to update the policy.
