Your ability to copy a first response policy depends on the client you have selected.

  • If you do not have a client selected, you can copy partner-level policies.
  • If you have a client selected, you can copy client-level policies for the selected client.
  1. Go to Setup > Alerts > First Response.
  2. On the First Response Policies page, select the checkbox for the policy and click the Create Copy.
  3. Enter a unique Name for the policy.
  4. Modify the details you want to change.
  5. Click Save.

A new policy is created and can be viewed in the First Response Policies List section.
