Your ability to delete a first response policy depends on the client you have selected.

  • If you do not have a client selected, you can delete partner-level policies.
  • If you have a client selected, you can delete client-level policies for the selected client.
  1. Go to Setup > Alerts > First Response.
  2. Select the checkbox for the policy and click Remove.
  3. Click Yes in the confirmation window.

The policy is removed from the First Response Policies List.
