Your ability to edit a first response policy depends on the client you have selected.

  • If you do not have a client selected, you can edit partner-level policies.
  • If you have a client selected, you can edit client-level policies for the selected client.
  1. Go to Setup > Alerts > First Response.
  2. Click the policy name.
  3. On the policy details page, click Edit.
  4. On the EDIT FIRST RESPONSE POLICY page, edit the values.
  5. Click Save.
