Classic Alert Browser
The Classic Alert Browser will be deprecated. Users should transition to the V2 Alert Browser, which offers an improved user interface, flexible filtering with OpsQL queries for consistency across the platform, and more streamlined alert actions.
However, users will still have the option to switch back to the Classic Alert Browser from the V2 Alert Browser page.

Classic Service Desk
The Classic Service Desk will be deprecated. Users are encouraged to use the V2 Service Desk, which provides an enhanced user experience and improved functionality.
Users will still have the option to switch back to the Classic Service Desk from the V2 Service Desk page.

Classic Knowledge Base
The Classic Knowledge Base will be deprecated. Users should transition to the V2 Knowledge Base, which features an improved design and better usability.
Users will still have the ability to switch back to the Classic Knowledge Base from the V2 Knowledge Base page.

Legacy Classic Dashboards
As announced earlier, you will not be able to create any new Legacy Classic Dashboards.
There will be no functional changes to the existing Classic Dashboards. See Classic Dashboards for more details.
Tokyo-1 Synthetics Node
The Tokyo-1 Synthetics Node, currently used for Synthetics Monitoring in JPPOD2 Production, will be decommissioned by the end of April 2025. Tokyo-1 has been hosted on Linode and is being replaced by a new cloud-based node, Tokyo-2.
Starting May 1, 2025, Tokyo-2 will be the primary node for Synthetics Monitoring in Japan.

Action Required
- Update your monitoring configurations to use Tokyo-2 before April 30, 2025.
- Verify all synthetic checks are successfully running on Tokyo-2.
- If assistance is required for migration, contact support before the decommissioning date.
